According to a statement Ministry Energy and Mines The signing of this memorandum came at the conclusion of the 12th session of the Algerian-Turkish Joint Intergovernmental Committee for Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, which was chaired by the Minister of Energy and Mines, Mehmet Arkab, accompanied by the Turkish Minister of Family and Social Services, Mahinur Ozdemir Goktas.
Moreover, it was an occasion to review the status and prospects of bilateral multi-sectoral cooperation, by measuring the level that has been achieved in terms of the commitments made during the last session of the Joint Committee, which was held in Algiers in November 2021, and by exploring ways and means to enhance and diversify bilateral cooperation. .
