The Department of Cyber ​​Defense and Systems Security Control of the Department of Use and Preparation of Staff of People’s National Army organized the fourth edition of the National Forum on Cyber ​​Defense, under the title “Challenges and Prospects of Cyber ​​Defense in the Context of Hybrid Wars”, on April 26 and 27, 2023 at the level of the Army Site Club in Ain Naaja.

This forum, which was attended by a number of officers of brigades, brigade commanders, executives and experts from the People’s National Army, started with an opening speech delivered by the head of the Department of Geography and Remote Detection on behalf of the Director of the Use and Preparation of the Staff of the People’s National Army, in which he emphasized the importance of this event and the purpose of its organization, highlighting that The task of securing and defending our cyberspace is a collective responsibility that requires the involvement of all stakeholders.

This two-day forum addresses ways to enhance the cybersecurity of information systems and create a space for discussion and exchange of knowledge between the various actors in the cyberspace, in order to get a good understanding of the stakes and challenges of cyber defense.
