The Minister of State, the Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energies, Mohamed Arkab, and the Minister of Irrigation, Mr. Taha Darbal, arrived this evening at Ahmed Ben Bella International Airport in Oran, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The delegation included the Presidents and Directors General of Sonatrach and Sonelgaz, in addition to the Presidents and Directors General of the Studies and Achievements Complex, the Kosidar Complex, and a number of executives from the energy and irrigation sectors.
The official delegation was received by the Governor of the State of Oran, Mr. Samir Chibani, accompanied by the President of the State People’s Assembly, and a number of representatives of the executive branch, in addition to representatives of the local civil and military authorities. This visit comes within the framework of an intensive work program aimed at following up and launching vital strategic projects that reflect the state’s commitment to developing the energy and irrigation sectors and enhancing infrastructure, ensuring that the growing needs of the population are met and sustainable development is achieved.
