The Saudi Press Agency explained that Public Security has begun implementing punishment for violators of Hajj regulations and instructions for those who are caught without… a permit Hajj within the city of Mecca, the central region, the holy sites, Al-Haramain train station in Al-Rusaifah, security control centers, sorting centers, and temporary security control centers, starting today 11/25/1445 AH until 12/14/1445 AH corresponding to 06/02/2024 AD until 06/20 / 2024 AD.

Public Security confirmed the imposition of a fine of (10,000) riyals on violators of Hajj regulations and instructions without a permit against all citizens, residents, and visitors caught within the geographical area who do not have a Hajj permit, and deportation of those residing among them to their country and banning them from entering the Kingdom according to the periods specified by law.

Public Security stressed that violators will be fined a double amounting to (10,000) riyals in the event of repeating the violation, stressing the importance of adhering to Hajj regulations and instructions so that the guests of God may enjoy safety, security, comfort and reassurance in performing their rituals.

It is noteworthy that the penalty for anyone who is caught transporting violators of Hajj regulations and instructions without a permit is imprisonment for a period of up to (6) months and a fine of up to (50,000) riyals, and a demand to confiscate the means of land transportation by judicial ruling, and the deportation of the violating carrier if he is an expatriate after carrying out the penalty. He is prohibited from entering the Kingdom according to the periods specified by law, and the financial fine increases according to the number of violators transferred.
