A statement from the Ministry, today, Thursday, stated that those concerned or their guardians must apply from the municipal services to their place of residence during the period from 2 to 30 September 2025, attaching the following documents:
Birth certificate, residence proof document and two copies of ID.

The Ministry of National Defense states that Service Patriotism is compulsory for all young citizens who have reached the age of 19, according to Article 3 of the National Service Law.
In this context, the Ministry calls on concerned citizens to register themselves on the census lists of their municipality of residence or with diplomatic or consular representations abroad, and issues a census certificate to them, in accordance with Article 11 of the same law.
In the event of the absence of the person concerned, the legal guardian can apply for registration in the census list.
The Ministry knows that every citizen who has reached the age of 25 and does not fulfill a duty is considered disobedient Statistics Or medical selection except in cases of force majeure.
