“Today, Wednesday, December 25, 2024, Prime Minister Nadhir Al-Arbawi chaired a government meeting, devoted to studying a preliminary draft of a law amending and completing Law No. 83-11 of July 2, 1983 relating to social insurance, which aims to empower women and promote their rights, especially extending the duration of maternity leave. In the context of reviewing the status of public utility services in various sectors, the government listened to a presentation devoted to identifying the measures taken to develop public utility services related to the justice sector, within the framework of the digital transformation strategy being implemented in line with the profound reforms approved by the President of the Republic in order to modernize justice.
The government has also completed the study of a draft presidential decree specifying the conditions and modalities for accepting foreign students in Algerian institutions of higher education and training, which falls within the framework of the regulatory measures taken to consolidate the openness of the Algerian university and promote

Finally, the government researched and studied a draft executive decree specifying the conditions and methods for canceling the classification of lands belonging to the public forest domain, which aims to strengthen measures to protect forest wealth in implementation of the provisions of Law 23-21 of December 23, 2023, related to forests and forest wealth.
