The Forest and Green Belt Directorate banned For a state Algeria, setting up barbecue stoves and camping around and inside the forests, until next October 31, in order to preserve the safety and security of citizens, property and forest wealth.
According to the directorate’s statement, issued yesterday evening, Monday, this measure comes “in accordance with Decree 87-44 regarding the protection of national forest properties from fires.”
On the other hand, she said: Entities “Take caution during the days of Eid Al-Adha and avoid lighting barbecue stoves inside forests and green spaces, and do not throw cigarette remains into the forest and place waste in the places designated for it.”
