“FAF” takes into account the privacy of Ramadan in programming the tournament’s matches – New Algeria

Amin Maslouk, Vice President of the Algerian Football Federation (FAF), confirmed today, Friday, that the privacy of the month of Ramadan was taken into account when programming the matches of the national professional championship.

Maslouk, who is in charge of running the National Professional Football League, said in statements to Algerian public radio on Friday: “We have completed the programming for the matches scheduled for the month of Ramadan. We have taken into account the privacy of this month in the timing of playing these matches.”

Maslouq added, explaining: “We programmed most of the matches scheduled during the month of Ramadan at ten at night, in order to preserve the health of the players, with the exception of two matches due to the lack of lighting in two stadiums.”

He continued: “We proposed to two clubs to host different stadiums, in order to schedule their matches at night, if they accept that, and the door of choice is open to them.”
