Education sector..a promotion competition to end the suffering of those destined to disappear

The Directorate of Education for the West Algiers Province announced the organization of a competition based on the professional exam to join the ranks that are about to disappear for workers in educational institutions. The registration period lasts from November 21 of this year until next December 11, and the files are deposited with the Department of Study and Examinations, the Office of Examinations and Competitions.

According to a correspondence with the directorate, the nomination file should include a written request signed by the director of the institution, a copy of the appointment (internship) decision, a copy of the appointment (confirmation) decision, all services for the academic year 2023, and a payment receipt for registration fees of 200 DZD to be paid at Moqtasid Middle School Rabeh Madas. The Directorate of Education for the West Algiers Province is also organizing another competition on the basis of a professional examination for candidates to join the higher ranks in the common ranks of employees in educational institutions.

The registration period lasts from November 21 to December 16, and the files are deposited with the Office of Study and Examinations, the Office of Examinations and Competitions.

For reference, with regard to the category of classified employees who are about to disappear for all ranks, the new draft law will end their suffering once and for all, by dropping these ranks. This concerns primary school teachers and main educational assistants, by integrating them through the new transitional provisions, first in the basic ranks, then Integration into the newly created ranks as a second stage, provided that their seniority is taken into account and that it is calculated, in order to preserve their full and undiminished rights, in addition to the implementation of Decree 266/14 regarding the valorization of bachelor’s degrees and applied university studies, which will open horizons for the primary school teacher to be promoted from class 11 to Class 12, in addition to upgrading the rest of the wires from Class 10 to Class 11.
