A real estate container was also proposed on an area of 12 hectares on the Sabbat Municipality Road, for which the Governor assigned the Director of Construction and Development to conduct an inspection to determine its suitability to embrace residential projects and verify its legal nature.
The state of Oran benefited from a new housing program with more than 7,000 units in the rental sale format (edit 3), according to the local director of housing.
The official stated that “this residential program is currently being prepared for the year 2024 in coordination with the Directorate of Reconstruction and Construction to select the real estate sites,” noting that this residential share has been localized for completion in the “Ahmed Zabana” urban center in Masraghin, similar to the old program of the same formula.

On the other hand, work is currently underway to complete 3,000 housing units in the rental sale formula (edit 2) at the level of the same urban pole, according to the same official, pointing out that “the total program for this formula exceeds 36 thousand units (edit 1 and 2).”
The local director of housing also revealed the start of selecting real estate containers to localize the new housing program in the public rental format with a 2024 fee across the various municipalities to be sent to the guardian ministry to determine the final share for this program.
