The minister stated, in press statements from Bashar Province, that a working group has been established at the ministry level, which is working to prepare for the launch of Justice 3, as it is updating the executive decrees to launch the project.
Regarding the new formula for Justice 3, the minister said that there is no specification for the age of applicants to subscribe to housing for Justice 3, and the payment period, and that the registration will be digital, in all its stages, 0 paper, and in registrations it will depend on the national identification number and the social security number for subscribers.
Regarding the start date for registrations, Belaribi said that it will be before the first semester of 2024, in implementation of the orders of the President of the Republic, where subscription and completion will begin because the same work team is inspecting the land plots for the project, at the level of all states.
The first official in the housing sector pointed out an important point regarding the price of housing, saying that its value will change compared to the formulas of Justice 1 and Justice 2, because all the materials involved in the completion of housing have increased, and this will be taken into account, taking into account the income of citizens. .
In October 2023, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, from the state of Djelfa, announced the launch of a third program for housing for sale for rent, “Edit 3,” during the next year, 2024.
