Civil Protection: 7 people died due to traffic accidents in one day – Algerian Dialogue

7 people died and 249 others were injured in numerous traffic accidents recorded in several states in the last 24 hours.
A Civil Protection toll reported today, Sunday, that the heaviest toll recorded in the state of Laghouat was 2 people dead and 6 others injured following a collision between two cars on National Road No. 23, the municipality of Qalta Sidi Saad.

In another context, the Forest and Agricultural Crop Fire Fighting Service of the Civil Protection intervened during the same period to extinguish 9 vegetation fires, including (2 forest fires, 1 jungle, woodland, and weed fire, 4 hay belt fires, and 1 palm fire) in each of the states of Oum El Bouaghi, Jijel, Chlef, Guelma, Setif, M’sila, Ouargla and Tindouf.
