The European Football Association has set a date for Monday, December 18, to hold the draw for the round of 16 of the Champions League.

The teams that qualify for this round are divided into two groups, each group consisting of eight clubs, the first for the teams that finished the group stage at the top of the standings and the second for those that finished in runner-up position.
The competition regulations stipulate that two clubs from the same country will not be withdrawn in this round, in addition to two teams that they previously faced in the group stage.

The start of the round of 16 matches of the Champions League will be given on February 13, 2024.
The competitions for this round extend for four weeks, with the first-leg matches being played on February 13, 14, 20, and 21.
The return matches will be held on March 5, 6, 12 and 13, 2024.
