Casablanca Court.. 3 years imprisonment for a female student and her friend on charges of cheating on the baccalaureate certificate

The Casablanca Misdemeanor Court condemned a penalty of 3 years in prison and a fine of 100,000 DZD, the accused “B.F,” a candidate for the baccalaureate, and a second defendant, her friend, “A.A.”

The verdict was pronounced after the Public Prosecutor petitioned for two years in prison for both defendants and a 200,000 DZD fine with deposit in the session.

Those accused of two misdemeanors of leaking questions about the subjects of the secondary education certificate for the free candidate “B.F”, 32 years old, were followed up.

And leaking the answers to the secondary education certificate exams for her second accused friend, “A.A,” 29 years old.

According to the trial session, which took place in accordance with the immediate appearance procedures, the first defendant, “B.F,” was caught yesterday in the act of cheating in the examination hall, by using “Bluetooth” technology, during which she made contact with her friend, “A.A.”, with the aim of leaking answers to her question. Exam topic.

For her part, the accused student, “B.F.”, admitted to possessing the “Bluetooth” cheating device, which was seized in her possession, but she denied contacting her friend, the second accused, “A.A,” for the purpose of cheating in the exam.
