Casablanca Court… 20 years in prison for the terrorists Zitout and Amir Dizad – Al-Hiwar Algeria

Today, Monday, the Criminal Court of First Instance in Casablanca, Algiers, convicted terrorists Mohamed Larbi Zitout and Amir Boukhers, called “Amir D. Zad”, in absentia, with a penalty of 20 years in prison, with the upholding of the international arrest warrant issued against them for pursuing several criminal charges, especially the one. Creation of a terrorist organization.

In the same case, Yasmine Si Haj Mohand was convicted of the same penalty of 20 years in prison, while the arrested defendant, Oqasi Nasser, was convicted of a 3-year sentence, of which two years are in force.

All defendants in this case were charged with the felony of establishing and joining a terrorist organization, in addition to spreading the ideas of a terrorist organization using information and communication technologies and publications that harm the national interest.
