The President of the National People’s Assembly affirms that no one is above the law in Algeria, which seeks to extend the rule of law to everyone, without exception.

The head of the National People’s Assembly, Ibrahim Boughali, affirmed that “no one is above the law in Algeria, which seeks to extend the rule of law to everyone without exception, and that every attempt outside the legal frameworks will lead to failure.”

Bogali explained, on Tuesday, during a session discussing the draft corrective finance law, in the National People’s Assembly, regarding the warnings recently issued by the Ministry of National Education due to some people’s lack of respect for the curricula ruled by the guardian ministry, that he supports “every measure aimed at full compliance with the laws in force.” In this regard, adherence to the program of the Ministry of National Education and not deviating from it for whatever reasons,” he said, supporting “every measure aimed at unifying educational programs and curricula in the public and private sectors.”

The President of the National People’s Assembly appreciated the decisions taken by the President of the Republic at the Council of Ministers meeting to preserve the social character of the state and continue the effort to protect the purchasing power of the citizen.

Boghali explained, “The measures and actions taken by the President of the Republic during the Council of Ministers are in line with the concept of preserving public money, which does not mean austerity at the expense of the citizen’s livelihood, and ensuring the preservation of the citizen’s purchasing power and controlling the import process and rationalizing it.”

Boghali also praised “the valuable directives given by the President of the Republic to support the peasant group, given the climatic conditions and the effects of drought, which had repercussions that required state intervention.”

The President of the National People’s Assembly noted Niger’s acceptance of President Tebboune’s initiative, saying, “We received in the National People’s Assembly the news that the sister state of Niger welcomed the Algerian mediation freely, by opening the door to peaceful solutions. This is the initiative proposed by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and stemming from the principles of “Algeria is steadfast in resolving crises peacefully.”

Boghali continued, “We wish the Foreign Minister success in finding the necessary formulas to maintain security and peace, which will have a positive impact on the entire region.”

Boghali also called on “all representatives to redouble their efforts, intense attendance, and ensure that projects are given the attention, follow-up, and discussion they deserve, so that we can achieve the outlined program.”
