The Minister stressed that “the basic basis for the success of digital transformation in our country is linked to one of the most important axes of the national strategy, which is the basic infrastructure, represented first and foremost by high-quality communication networks, in which the state, through the efforts of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, has made significant strides with regard to connectivity infrastructure.” “.
In the same context, the official praised the efforts of various ministerial sectors in the field of digitization, as “many of them have recorded a leap in accelerating the process of digitization of public services.”
She explained that in keeping with this progress, “The High Prefecture for Digitization is working on the implementation of an integrated information system, one of whose basic components is the national interoperability platform, which aims to connect ministerial sectors and public bodies through the secure sovereign interconnection network.”
She also referred to “the interactive national portal for digital services that will allow citizens and institutions unified access to all digital public services, while completing transactions digitally in a simplified manner without the hassle of moving to various departments, especially for residents of remote areas, as an embodiment of the principles of transparency and equality in access and access to information.” .
Mrs. Ben Mouloud expressed the High Governorate’s readiness “to provide technical support for all digital initiatives that can be launched at the local level with the aim of governing management, ensuring its effectiveness, combating bureaucracy, and facilitating the daily life of citizens.”
The Minister concluded in her speech by emphasizing that “Algeria is witnessing a clear transition to the era of digitalization, which requires intensified everyone’s efforts in order to achieve a desired digital transformation that would raise our country to the top of international rankings.”
