Belaribi: A unified digital platform to cover housing applications soon – Algerian Dialogue

Belaribi explained during a public session in the National People’s Assembly chaired by Ayoub Hammad, Vice President of the Council, in the presence of the Minister of Relations with Parliament, Kawthar Kerikou, and a number of government members, that this unified platform will allow housing seekers to be directed in real time to the appropriate forms in line with the conditions for benefit stipulated in the regulation. and applicable legislation.

This platform aims to “achieve more ease and credibility in directing housing seekers to appropriate forms according to their social status, while allowing every housing seeker or person registered on the digital platform to follow up on his request with full transparency,” according to the minister, who pointed out that the multiplicity of housing forms “is in the interest of the citizen, not Impossible, as this diversity allows choosing the appropriate formula according to the classification of the students according to their monthly income.”

On the other hand, Belaribi, in his response to a question about public facilities in Sidi Abdallah (Algiers Province), confirmed that 130 public facilities have been registered in this new city, which includes 61 primary, 36 middle, 17 secondary, three multi-service clinics, two commercial centres, a mosque and a library.

In this context, the Minister indicated that there are 64 completed and exploited facility projects, adding that 42 operations are now in the process of completion and are expected to be received in September 2025, representing 19 primary schools, eight middle schools, six high schools, two multi-service clinics, and two commercial centers, while 23 other operations are expected to be launched in First quarter of 2025.

In this context, Mr. Belaribi pointed out that the Finance Law of 2025 included the registration of 224 public facilities distributed across the various states, according to the outcomes of the coordination meeting via remote video lecture technology between the directors of public equipment and the directors of national education on December 3, related to setting the related road paper. In preparation for school entry 2025-2026.

Regarding a question related to housing quotas in Oran, Belaribi confirmed that the state benefited from a housing program entitled The Five-Year 2020-2024, consisting of 55,303 housing units, of which 38,57 units are finished and 17,246 are in the process of being completed.

As for Ouled Jalal, Mr. Belaribi stated that this new state benefited during the period extending from 2021-2024 from a total program estimated at 16 thousand housing units, of which 5,373 were finished and 10,668 were in the process of being completed.
