The new law includes several measures, most notably the establishment of a national strategy For integrated waste management And also establishing a digitization system for waste management, in addition to including new definitions derived from those devoted by the United Nations to introduce the basic principles of the recycling economy of waste. It also includes establishing planning tools that include preparing the national plan for the integrated management of household and similar waste and inanimate waste, including hazardous ones.

The law also includes a hierarchy of treatment patterns and the gradual replacement of use Plastic products For single use, an appropriate system should be put in place by producers and distributors to motivate consumers to contribute to the selective collection of waste.
