Algiers Judicial Council.. Upholding the deposit order issued against the former delegated minister, Nassim Diafat – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazairia

Today, Tuesday, the Indictment Chamber of the Algiers Judicial Council upheld the deposit order issued against the former Minister Delegate in charge of micro-enterprises, Nassim Diafat, in cases related to corruption.

The indictment chamber rejected the request for release submitted by the defendant’s defense, supporting the deposit order issued by the investigating judge at the economic and financial penal pole of the Sidi M’hamed court.

Nassim Diafat and those with him were followed up in a corruption file related to the Algerian Company for the Construction of Metal Structures and Structures (Alrem).
