Yusuf Raqiqi, a professional for the Malaysian Terengganu Club, finished the race in first place with a time of 3:17:39 s, winning the blue jersey for the second stage, while his compatriot, Hamza Yassin (Madar Team Pro Team) finished. In third place, thus retaining the yellow jersey for the leader of the overall standings, with a time of 6 hours 37 minutes 31 seconds (the timing of the first and second stages).
