The Minister explained, during a working visit that led him to the state of Tizi Ouzou, where he supervised the inauguration of the Cedar Hotel for the climatic station of Talla Guillaf, and laid the foundation stone for the preparation works of the tourist expansion area in Tizi Ou Djaboub in the Bougni department, that his ministry is working on developing various tourism products in order to promote the destination of Algeria. .

In this regard, he pointed to the importance of the two projects that will strengthen the hotel portfolio and contribute to the development and promotion of mountain tourism in Tizi Ouzou, stressing that other tourism products will be developed.

The minister continued, saying, “We have developed a strategy that is mainly based on upgrading Algeria’s destination and encouraging investment. This policy will allow Algeria to be a tourist destination par excellence in the Mediterranean basin.”
