Algeria, under the directives of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, decided today, Tuesday, to send important and urgent aid to sister Libya.
The decision came in response to the request of the President of the Libyan Presidential Council to provide support and assistance to the affected areas.
The humanitarian and emergency aid provided by Algeria consists of food, medical supplies, clothing and tents.
The aid will also be transported by air force consisting of 8 aircraft belonging to the Army Air Forces.
