Algeria during the year 2024…the most challenging year on the security level – New Algeria
During the year 2024, Algeria experienced many challenges, in which the security aspect had a remarkable presence due to the size of the challenges and stakes that surround Algeria and encircle its vast borders across the seven countries that border it, which differ from one country to another according to the specificity of this or that country.
The greatest challenge is considered to be the one that comes from the West, where the Zionist entity dominates decision-making and moves with disgusting freedom, in a system that has lost all the components of a sovereign state, in a way that has made it a functional entity in the Maghreb and African region, and has also made it a poisoned dagger that undermines the stability of the region and wastes its components. To promote development, because of the magnitude of the challenges he imposed on his neighbors to confront his betrayal.
Because of the traitorous and puppet policies of the Moroccan Makhzen regime, the Maghreb region turned into an arena for an arms race, which became a proverb as one of the largest expenditures in the world. Algeria had no choice in this matter, but rather it became necessary and inevitable, as long as the Zionist entity began to roam and have fun on its western borders. As if he were the owner of the house, he continues to provoke and push the region to the brink of a devastating war.
Suffice it to prove this is the repeated targeting by deadly drones, which claimed the lives of many innocent people in the region, Algerians, Sahrawis, and Mauritanians, who lost their lives in open areas, with all insolence and criminality. These are Zionist drones that have been put into service since the signing of the treachery and betrayal agreements with the usurping entity before About four years in Rabat, despite the Moroccan popular rejection of betrayal.
The maneuvers and adventures of the Moroccan Makhzen regime were not confined to its borders. By virtue of the functional role assigned to it by the traditional Western colonial powers, as well as the emerging ones such as the Zionist entity, it was also tasked with disturbing the situation in the Sahel and Sahara region, taking advantage of the fragile situation that characterizes the region.
The Moroccan Makhzen regime is responsible for worsening the security situation in the Sahel region through its repeated attempts to support some of the coup military regimes there, at the expense of the people of the country who are demanding their legitimate rights to development and the fair distribution of wealth, as is the case in northern Mali, which has turned into an arena of fighting between the people of the country. One, after the military regime in Bamako decided to cancel the peace and national reconciliation agreement signed in Algeria in 2015.
This fact has caused additional troubles for Algeria and the countries of the region, just as instability has brought about the ambitions of the great and lurking powers such as the United States of America and Russia, which seek to fill the void left by the former colony, France, which was expelled in humiliation by the peoples and countries of the region.
The border challenge imposed on Algeria was not limited to the western and southern borders, and even the eastern borders, especially the southern ones with Libya, were not spared from the attempts of the Moroccan Makhzen regime aimed at inserting its nose there and poisoning the atmosphere between the people of the eastern neighbor Libya, which criticized its legitimate and internationally recognized government. Headed by Abdelhamid Dabaiba, Rabat intervened in Libyan internal affairs, by gathering a faction of Libyans in the Moroccan city of Bouznakia, without the knowledge of the government, which indicates… The seriousness of the accusations directed against the Moroccan Makhzen regime, of trying to confuse the situation there by fueling conflict between the enemy brothers.
In addition to all of this, there is the fragile political, social and economic situation in the other eastern neighbour, Tunisia, which has been experiencing chronic instability since the Jasmine Revolution that overthrew the late deposed regime, Zine El Abidine Ben Ali. The stifling economic crisis there, as well as the fragile political situation, made Algeria keen to Remain vigilant towards its borders with Tunisia.
The Sahrawi issue remains one of the most complex issues in the world, which the United Nations has been unable to solve after nearly five decades, and today it faces fateful challenges in light of the colonial and Zionist powers’ struggle over the inalienable rights of the Sahrawi people, and without finding a just solution that guarantees the rights of the Sahrawis. The entire region will not enjoy stability, no matter how much the Moroccan Makhzen regime tries to gain support from those who make it a functional regime that works as their subcontractor.
