Al-Ghanim: Damascus will not forget Algeria’s support for Syria in its harsh ordeal – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

Soriot’s outgoing ambassador to Algeria, Namir Wahib al-Ghanim, said, “Damascus will not forget Algeria’s support for Syria in its harsh ordeal, its stance, and its insistence on Syria attending the Arab summit.”
Al-Ghanim made it clear, in a press statement broadcast by Algiers TV, after his meeting with the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, today, Tuesday, that Syria is seeking, in agreement with Algeria, to strengthen bilateral Arab relations before returning to attend the Arab summit.

He added, “We extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdel Majeed Tebboune, for his response and assistance in evacuating 22 Syrian citizens from Sudan.”
