Al-Arbawi reviews the progress of the government’s meeting workshops with the governors – Algerian Dialogue

Within the framework of the government’s meeting with the governors, held under the high patronage of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and taking place on December 24 and 25, 2024, under the slogan of local communities, the locomotive of national development, the Prime Minister, Mr. Nadhir Arbawi, accompanied by the Minister of the Interior, Local Communities and Urban Development, stood. Mr. Ibrahim Murad, on the first day of events, at the International Conference Center, Abdul Latif Rahal, on the progress of the workshops on financial mechanisms and budgeting. Food and water security, the local economy, digitization and modernization of public services, as well as sustainable planning and management of the city to ensure a quality living environment for the benefit of the citizen.

During his visit to the third workshop dedicated to the local economy, the Prime Minister stressed the importance that the President of the Republic attaches to the program of establishing mini-activity zones at the municipal level, in keeping pace with the national economic dynamism.
Highlighting the importance of this program, funded by the Solidarity and Guarantee Fund for Local Communities, which will enable the provision of economic real estate for the benefit of owners of small projects and emerging institutions, which will allow the creation of job positions for the youth group and advance the wheel of local development.
