The football scandal maker continues to haunt the Cameroon national team in recent times, after the scandal circulated in the media regarding the ages of the players.
Many sources revealed this, including the verified “AllezLesLions” account on the social media platform. “X” that Cameroon Football Federation “FECAFOOT” issued a decision to exclude a list of players that included 62 players from the local tournament due to age fraud.
Surprisingly, the list of 62 expelled players included a player who was part of the Cameroon national team that participated in Africa Cup of Nations Last. Which was held in Côte d’Ivoire. Which the “Untamed Lions” left in the round of sixteen at the hands of Nigeria. Championship runner-up with a loss (2-0). This later led to the dismissal of coach Rigobert Song from the head of the national team’s technical management.
Sources close to the Cameroonian Federation revealed that this player is… Wilfred Nathan. Who participated with the Untamed Lions team, during the past decade, with forged documents stating that he is only 17 years old.
