A delegation of Chinese police hosted by the Algerian Directorate General of National Security – Al-Hiwar

A Chinese police delegation was a guest of the General Directorate of National Security, today, Tuesday, to discuss ways to develop police cooperation mechanisms between Algeria and China, according to a statement by the Directorate.
The visit of the Chinese delegation, led by public security official Hang Xiaofan, falls within the framework of enhancing cooperation between the police of the two countries, according to the same source.
The visit allowed for discussing means of developing police cooperation mechanisms between the two countries and exchanging police expertise and capabilities in various security fields, such as combating transnational organized crime and crimes related to media and communication technologies, the statement adds.
The Chinese police delegation made field visits to the headquarters of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Scientific and Technical Police Directorate and the headquarters of the “Ali Tounsi” Police Higher School.
