Hamza Abdel Salam, the manager of Arrival Company, stressed the importance of treating and valuing waste, which has created thousands of jobs, whether for entrepreneurs, startups, or even simple work.
Hamza Abdel Salam, who was a guest on the Multimedia Economy program, considered the recycling rate in Algeria, which does not exceed 10 percent, to be a weak rate compared to the vast area of ​​the country, and called for more work to reach the 90 percent limit so that we can say that we have succeeded in the field of waste valorization.
For its part, the National Waste Agency seeks to move towards the principle of valuing waste and exploiting the wealth whose economic value is estimated at 207 billion dinars annually, according to data from the National Waste Information System 2023.
