The Civil Protection confirms: “The fire at Bab Al-Rahba was brought under control, and there were no casualties.” – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazairia

The Awlad Yaish Civil Protection Unit in Blida Province intervened at around 5:00 am to put out a fire in commercial stores in the Chahid Kassab market in the Awlad Yaish municipality. According to a statement by the Civil Protection, which confirmed that no casualties were recorded and the fire is under control so far.

For this operation, 17 firefighting trucks, 02 ambulances, 04 trucks from the National Unit for Training and Intervention, 53 city protection assistants of various ranks and 04 trucks of tidy gardens were harnessed for this operation.

The fire was also brought under control and prevented from spreading to other stores, noting that the market contains more than 500 stores.
