The concerned person is in his third decade of life and comes from one of the states of central Algeria. He uses an account with an assumed name on Facebook, deceiving its victims that he can provide them with financial subsidies and mini-loans in order to open small projects, while notifying them that they must deposit an amount of money in a postal account before starting the operation. Procedures and then fraud and defraud them and rob them of that amount of money.

The Anti-Cybercrime Squad of the State Department of the Judicial Police in the security of the state of El-Tarif opened an investigation into the case. Where was the account owner identified and his concerned location determined? Accordingly, it was submitted before the competent judicial authorities at the Al-Qala Court.
