On the other hand, Walid confirmed that the creation of both the National Agency for Support Entrepreneurship “Anad” and the National Agency for Microcredit Management “Anjam” are two support agencies “to reduce the unemployment rate, but they were created with a social vision and not an economic vision,” noting that “the Loan Guarantee Fund suffers from a large deficit despite the state’s interventions to support it, which requires finding other more solutions.” Efficiency in the future.
